Pf withdrawal

Hi, my name is Z.Jagoi, I was working with Major Brand in 08. In my salary slip, pf has deducted and they refused to give my pf account no. When I applied for withdrawal in oct employer told me the process could be done by company. Company refused to give even registration no. Now, I don't know, weather they have opened a pf account for me. Please assist me what I can do against the company with this situation.
