Non submission of epf

Dear Sir,

This is to request you that I have file application of epf withdrawal under epf no. DSNHP/00202480000000638. But after four moths I am being intimated that my request has been rejected. Kindly let me know the reasons and the balance into my account is also showing less as compared to submit by employer.

Kindly look into the matter and get me enough information.
