You are doing good advertisement, But you are treating your staff like a labor. You are paying very low salary and without any reason u r demitting amount from their salary. And you are harassing the staff also. As per your rule casual leave and sick leave is allowed. But how many staff getting this leave properly? Even for sick leave also you are telling it will apply in advance, how is it possible?

If any staff or their family members will go in consumer court, you just think what will happen???
