Fraudulent Job offers

I have received job offers from them for both domestic & international. They had requested me to make a payment of Rs2250 as partial payment for processing of documents & balance Rs2250 when job is offered. I had responded to them by sending them the money (electronic transfer) along with the application form filled sent by them. Now all their phone lines do not have any incoming facility & nor do they respond to the emails sent.
