Salary Decrease

Dear sir,

I am Vali Kauser Zaidi, working in ONGC Dehradun as a computer operator last 14 years, under contractual basis, I worked under M/s BVG India Ltd. in ONGC, Dehradun last 3 years i.e. (01.05.2008 to 15.04.2011), and salary given by M/s BVG India Ltd. is Gross payment Rs. 8500-9000 after deduction EPF & ESI our Net payment is Rs. 7500-8000 including 15% i.e.(Rs. 273.00/Day Government Skilled Rate 15% Given by ONGC Ltd.), but contract end of M/s BVG India Ltd. on 15.04.2011.

Our new contract is starting on 16.04.2011 from M/s A2Z group/Infraservices. M/s A2Z group paid our salary in 15 days i.e. (16.04.2011 to 30.04.2011) is Rs. 3063, hence M/s BVG India Ltd. paid our salary in 15 days i.e. (01.04.2011 to 15.04.2011) is Rs. 3596. Again salary paid by M/s A2Z group for the month of May' 2011 Gross amount is Rs. 7, 104.00 after deduction of EPF, ESI & Debit card, our Net amount is Rs. 5974.00, this is a big difference.

I complaint of our technical head Mr. Alamgir & project head Mr. Aman, but no action in this matter till date, I complaint repeated day to day by face or phone calls but no any action by M/s A2Z Group/Infraservices.

Sir Please solve this problem as early as possible.
