REGARDING PENDING SALARY OF EX-EMPLOYEE

Hello All,

I am Vijay Kumar ex-employee of AADARA S/W Technologies Pvt. Ltd. I resigned from my post on 15th March . from 16th march i am asking about my salary of march month. in the starting they told that with all employee ex-employee salary will be credited on first week of April month, but they credited salary for current employee but dint credit salary for ex-employee. after that again i called HR people they keep saying next day or next week your salary will be credited but like that only 2 months got over but still i dint get salary. they are giving salary for employee who still works there but they are not giving salary for ex-employee, i don't know who is making fool of us, either it should be our executive HR or Finance dept playing with us. Like me there are so many ex-employee are there who dint get their pending salary and for them, they also keep saying next week next week.

If they are not ready to give my salary then say us directly that we cant give your pending salary, i would think that i had given my march month salary to one beggar.

After that i have nothing to say about it.
