Refusing to Sign P F withdrawal form

Dear Sir,

My Name is Divakar Pujari

My P.F.A/C No is GJ / VP / 45209 / 618 .

Employer Name: Affloat Textiles (I) Ltd (Formerly Akai Impex Ltd)

I have submitted my P.F withdrawal forms with signature attestation by HDFC Bank on 20.08.2009 at P.F. Office, Vapi as the Company has closed way back in 2004.

The officer returned the forms marking attestation required from present Authorised Signatory i.e. Mr. Nattu Bhai Vekeria. But Mr. Nattubhai Vekeria is refusing to sign my Form my P F reasoning that P F Office has instructed him not to sign any more forms.

Please help me out
