Not receive appoinment lette

Dear Sir,

I was join the company before 1.5 month, and that time company give the offer letter now the company can not give the appointment letter, when i request the letter company HR manager Mr Joby Joseph is using very bad language, the company can not give me any particular reason why they can not issue appointment letter and my head of department says me u can attend the office, also they can not give my salary payment in last 1.5 month, and i submit my all required document in the hr department, so i request that please solve my problem earlier possible.
