NON PAYMENTS OF DUES AND CAR

I was working in Chennai and well established there. Max Specialty Films, which is business unit of Max India, contacted me through common man and offered me a good job. I worked with Max India for 2 years i.e. from Nov. 2008 to Dec. 2010. Due to unfavorable atmosphere, I resigned from the company on 13th Dec. 2010 and then I got the releaving letter from the company on March. I was told at that time that my dues will be paid in due course. According to Company Policy, the car Honda city was bought by Company on Company name and took the down payment from me and loan from the Bank. Company was deducting the EMI also from my salary. It was to be transferred on my name after making full payment of the Car. After my resignation, Max India has deducted the full amount from my dues, Also did not paid the Full and Final settlement which includes, leave encashment, Performance bonus, March salary, Super annuation along with the Car transfer on my name.

Please file the complaint and get the justice for me. There was an accident of that Car on March 21st and case is pending in the court. Police has given the clearance to the company to release the car which is to be transferred on my name as I have already paid the full amount of the Car to the company but Company is not taking any action.
