Salary not given

I have been told on 10/03/10 to leave company as my performance is not good. I said ok give me termination letter and settle down my salary till date. But they keep me forcing for giving a resignation. I have been keep on calling on every 2nd or 3rd day, since ii was suffering from deep financial crisis I lastly thought, i should try to get it settle down and so i given a resignation. And now they are not paying my February salary and 10 days of March salary as well. I have been offered for Rs.7331 and pressured me to sign on final settlement paper while my total due is as of date 10th March is around Rs.25000. We both the party has register a Complain also in Police Station on 29/03/10.
