Being scammed

I joined AAS Enterpises of Allahabad / Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh state in India, as Ad Poster ID : 0913JP20 after paying Rs 3500/- for 6 months. The scheme is: you’re paid for every ad that you post, irrespective of if anyone sees your ad or not. Their website is http://www.onlinemagicmoney.com/

At start up they were very rude on certain issues as I was new with them, but they climbed down and behaved normally when I reminded them that I cannot be tampered with!

Job was started on 13th Oct and payment received the next month. Payment for Nov 09 was received in Dec 09

Trouble started from payment of Dec 09 onwards! After threatening reminders payment was made only in Feb

They tried to avoid Jan payment as the quantum of work accomplished by me was high and thus payment due was correspondingly high. First excuse was the report format being wrong, the work done stands cancelled! When I warned them of going online against them, they emailed back asking me to re-submit the report in the format they had attached. This new Jan 10 report was submitted the same day / next morning. With no payment still coming frequent reminders got me their reply stating that due to financial crisis they are unable to pay me for Jan 10! With further warnings from my side for non-payment of both Jan Feb work done, they made payment finally in March – and strikingly if not surprising the amount of payment received was so unbelievably low that I emailed them stating “you have made such a small payment of Rs 1500/- for two months just to silence me! ”

The work done for them in March was not much as I had run out of patience and stopped working. I have still to receive payment for March despite several reminders! I will not be surprised if they now state that all the ads were posted wrongly and hence no payment was due! My last cautionary mail sent to them was that my patience is over and I want my March 10 payment even if its is only a single paisa! Otherwise I will be going online to expose them as scammers. Hence this complaint

Fed up of being scammed I had stopped working for them in mid March 10 itself, and that too without informing them. And not surprisingly the work materials sent to me for April was deliberately without the list of their websites in which their ads are to be posted, thus effectively “disabling” my membership! Even though the 6 months contract closes around April 13

The only aim of this complaint is in the interest of the public at large to be cautioned against working for their online ad posting schemes
