Their working procedure

1. dummy interview

2. ask for reg. fee (1200 or 1500).

3. dummy interview (after 1-2 days).

4. after 4-5 days you get their call to deposit half/full salary for interview, still don't furnish further details about which company you are going for.

5. interview is taken AGAIN by their own senior official, who thinks i lack qualification for my specified job, and offers me sales/marketing job, which i can find plenty in market.

REST i don't know because i left everything in frustation. when i ask for refunding my half salary, they said that your case was going on, and returned only 40% of that. (according to the agreement they get you signed earlier).

they are big looters. first they will tell that they don't charge half- salary or full salary for all the candidates, but they lied. THEY DO CHARGE ALL.

I advise to not go to them. Instead search jobs on internet, like naukri.com from where i got reference for my current job. or any other good source/consultancy.
