Hi, i am an MBA and working in a Pvt ltd.co. in Delhi.

i was one of the victims of this consultancy.

still there are many people who are becoming there victims

my purpose of writing this message is to help those people who are looking for a job not to be fooled by such consultancies.

there main motive is to make money, money and money. they use new, unique ways of exploiting the candidates

They will first ask you for Rs.100 in the form of Registration and than half of the salary amount in advance,

then they make the false promise that the company has plan to increase the salary in next 2 months (just to motivate people, increase trust). they would not give you the proof of the money that is given.

What they are doing is the fraudulent activity in a legal manner.

when you come across the employer you get to know that your salary is totally based on your performance. if you performance is good then you are libel to get the salary.

So, people don't go to these consultancies.

prefer those consultancies who do not charge money, what ever they charge they charge it from the employer company.
