Non payment of salary

I had joined the company (mcnally bharat eng co ltd) on 20.12.2010.As per my appt letter i was to get a family accomodation at site. But after joining i was denied of the family accomodation and was offered only bachelor accomodation which was not acceptable to me. Because of this and also the rude behaviour of our Res manager towards me i was forced to resign from the company. So i gave my resignation on 19.01.2011 and requested them to release me with immediate effect. But the management requested me to continue till an alternative in my place is arranged to the maximum of one month. I accepted the request and on 10.02.11 when a replacement was sent in my place i left the site after proper handover of all my work to the new person and after taking permission from the management.

Now it has been more thn 1.5 months and i have not been paid my salary (which was kept on hold)
