Recruitment scam

Mecon Limited has recruiting the Engineers through approved Manpower Agency like Growell HR Sol Pvt Ltd, Mass management Pvt Ltd.

We dont know what the reasons behind this... But Mecon has paid a very poor salary structure to the agency recruited engineers with out any facilities, nothing others. We have no Personal No even, we are working in MECON Ltd. But everbody consider us that we are not MECON Employee...??? Disguisting

And every time management has told us that there is no such policy for absorbing the agency engineers in MECOn Ltd permanently.

My question if there is no such policy... then why MECON has recruit us and make our life spoils from very beginning of our career.

Also, When it comes to give Bonus, Mecon says you are not my employee hence you guys ar enot elligible for the bonus and when the Client ask to show the manpower they count us as their employee.

Government should take care about this matter.
