Salary Cheque bounce

Dear Sir,

We are employees (13 peoples) of Media Solutionz which created 3 movies such as Krishna 3D movie, Prithviraj Chauhan and Mahabharat, company is owned by Shivraj Patil, who did not paid salary from last 1 year we were working with him because he was showing us dreams about getting good projects and will pay you after that, then after constant demand of salary by employees he gave us cheques for pending amount (all together amount is 20 Lacs) which were bounced twice and he kept fooling us for 2 months by various reasons money is getting transferred etc... and he disappeared, his sister Vasanti Nalawade (who is advocate by profession) had taken the responsibility in written format but she is also fooling us from 2 months just by giving dates.

employees are living in worst condition, please HELP US.
