UNLAWFUL REMOVAL FROM JOB

To The Authorized Person,

Myself & my GM Mr. Vikas Khokha who were working as F&B Mgr and General Manager respectively, have been told to discontinue our services without any just/reasonable cause on 21st of Jan'10.

On repeatedly inquiry for our job status, GM-HR (PACL (I) Ltd, New Delhi) send me a letter of SUSPENSION on 25th through email stating therein charge-sheet follows.

Till date no charge-sheet is issued to me, and verbally pressurizing me to resign. In the above suspension letter I am instructed to sign and wait at the gate of work place for further communications.

All this is causing me enormous physical and mental agony.

I am staying in rented house with my two small children, I am the sole earner of my family, this has come as a Shock for us, now I have no job left.

I humbly seek your intervention in this regard for justice.
