Bill receive from last 3 month

From last 3 month we have facing lots of problem. your staff not providing bill. we are always go to MPSEB office then collect our bill. my co. is MNC company we use huge amount electricity & pay for it but your site we are not receive bill on time even on dupicate bill you have not mantion Bill no. & other neccesary information. how can we prosses your bill, many timae i have compliant but no body ready to listen our problem. we are always paying penalty becaues of your careless behaviour. plz do th needfull.
