Sir,
I have submitted resignation on 20-12-09 and served one month notice period till 20-01-10, but I have not received my Full & Final Settlement amount till now in spite of several telephonic reminder and two time reminder through e-mail. The employer is also not paying amount payable towards earned leave, still I have accepted to take without earned leave payment, but the person named Mr. D.N. Shukla in HRD always replied me on telephonic talk that the Managing Director, Mr. Raman Gupta has told him to sign the cheque after some time, but it has become so much delayed and I have already incurred exps. on telephonic talk around more than Rs. 1000/-, so I request you to enquire into my case and help me to get my Full & Final Settlement amount at the earliest
