Non-Release of Pension for more than 14 Months

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a widow of Late Vijay Kumar Nanda who was serving in Ministry of Home Affairs and expired in Dec' 2008 but very regretfully, stated that family pension is still awaited to release from SBI, Chandni Chowk despite of repeated (verbal/written) requests due to which I am facing acute financial hardship as I have two children both are unmarried and no other source of income to feed them. I shall be grateful if you provide help me and enable me to get my pension. Particulars are as under :

PPO No.246500900729 dated June' 2009

Name of pensioner: Smt. Veena Nanda

File No.1909 dated 26.08.2009 pending with SBI, Chandni Chowk, Delhi.

Bank a/c No.30644949588 in SBI Palam Colony.
