MHD 700 L
NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I purchased a battery MHD 700 L for my vehicle qualis from your dealer RAMA AUTOMOBILES vide cash book no 015 sl no710 dt25 12

bearing no 2LO-08318

in december vehicale was not starting so i complained to your dealer, after lot of arguments he send a man to check.

the man said to take battery to the service centre, which i did.after checking the battery mr ANSHUL GUPTA declared the battery fit

and diagnosed the fault in self.as per MR GUPTAS advised i got the self serviced.

now from first week of jan it has started giving trouble again.

i contacted MR ANSHUL he assured me to send a service battery and ger my battery checked,

SORRY TO SAY NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AFTER GIVINING ASSURANCE NO OF TIMES.

this all reflect on the good will of your company, they are your representatives.

PLEASE EXPEDITE THE COMPLAINT EARLIEST POSSIBLE, BEFORE I GO TO CUNSUMER COURT.
