Fraud in ESI and PF amount

Mira Organics and Chemicals Private Limited, Gummidipoondi is very worst place to work because of factory headed by Mr. Gopi Krishna. Actually he is a Fitter by qualification but he's a Factory Incharge (given by Managing Director i.e. Mr P.Venkatesan) by means of fraud.

Lots of good employees are leaving from this Organisation every month. These type of organisation are playing with future of Young Talents of India.

Some of the fraud includes,

1.they are deducting ESI and PF amount every month from joining date but didn't provide ESI and PF number even after 2 years for more than 50 employees. Whether they are deposit our amount to concern department or not

2.They are not giving leave/holiday even for festival days i.e. deepavali, Christhmas, Ramzaan, New year, Pongal, etc... and they are not giving benefit for these working days. But this is not a continuous process industry.

3.They are not giving employees salary for last month if some want to resign from job, this is because of FACTORY INCHARGE problem

4.No safety items for employees and no medical benefits provided so far.

5.No bonus amount for festival celebration till date

6.Salary giving on hand and not through bank salary account, so this is also very worst among crores of industry globally

I can tell that this is one of the worst company in the world...
