Dear sir

i am raju singh and my complaint is

i have 16 month sea exp.and also i have diploma in mechanical and i am sailed as a jr.engineer

and these sail in other country cdc panama but i am a indian so why do i hold other country cdc

i have meet so many people of other country these people are hold own country cdc

please understand my problem and pls take any action but this

this very greatful action for very seaferas
