C.D.C ISSUANCE

I am a B.Tech Degree holder of the university of kerala I applied for CDC on 15-09 with all necessary documents, I received my file no from m.m.d bearing the number NCO/1033/10 dated 05.10. Later the university of Kerala received a letter from M.M.D bearing the number NCO/1033/10/3532

dated 07.10.2010 requesting to inform M.M.D the genuineness of my B.Tech Degree .on 27.10.2010 the university forwarded a letter to M.M.D stating that my B.Tech Degree certificate is genuine. But I have not yet received my C.D.C .It was later on learnt that the delay in getting the CDC is due to the non receipt of the genuineness letter of the university. There upon the university again sent a genuineness letter on 24.02.2011 .This was not accepted by M.M.D as it was not sent in the university office envelope.

Therefore, on 23.03.2011 the university sent the genuineness letter in the university envelope .it was posted in the university post it was delivered to M.M.D office on

28-03, I am enclosing herewith a copy of internet stating this fact. I have not so far received my C.D.C, I posted a complaint to shipping master stating all these facts

This was received by shipping masters office, then also there is no response from them, i dont know what to do and whom to contact please HELP me in getting my C.D.C
