Respected Sir,

I am Shaji Mathew and I live in Idukki. I am very much disturbed by a visa agent called Muhammed Rafi, M D of Al-Fahad tours and Travels, located in Palakkad, which is a registered one. (Reg No: 3246/KER/PER/1000/2/3/4/5301/99). It was told me that he is going to issue a visa to Canada within four to six months he asked me to pay 1 lakh rupees. I handed over this money, for they have government registration. Now it is almost 22 months and I did not get any visa or my money back.

The same way my brother also gave 50, 000/- on 29th January.

After six months I contacted the agency and conveyed the message that I need the visa or the money. They never accepted anything but always threaten me on phone. On the month of May I went with my friend Antony who is from Ernakulam, and they tried to harm us physically and told us that they are not going to pay the money. After that I contacted The ‘Communist Party’ but Muhammed Rafi went into hide. They always assured me that they are going to pay me, but never happened. Now I am very sure that they are not going to pay me any money.

I did get my Passport back but still they are holding my old Passport. I am not the only one who was trapped; I came to know that many were trapped by this agency. Though Muhammed Rafi went into safe place, his office is still working and continuing their cheating. So I request you to take an urgent action against them.
