My name is X i went interview for more aditya birla retail company which is located in bangalore frazer town with the help of my friend reference for the position of store manger. I Passed 1st round written test in day (Monday) i waited there around 4hrs then they told me to meet regional territory head for bangalore Y but he said observe store for 2 days from morning to nigh (saturday and sunday6;30 am to 10 pm). I did the same later i called him (Territory head) he told me to meet Hr who taken first round interview again i did the same but that hr told that wait for regional head to come and meet because he is meeting I waited around 5 hrs no response.finaly one lady HR z helped me to meet another head person she took interview normally again she told wait for result finally they come back tomorrow I did the same.

again Head HR took interview but that chutya didnt asked anything about my store observation and my experience he started asking my education details I given everything properly, but no relevant retail questions they made rejected but I have very good knowledge in retail they didnt seen that this process wasted my 15 days.because of this I lost my job.

People working for themselves and their careers they are not seeing other career.

also Here Hr executives and Hr managers working for whoever coming from their references . they are really taking foolish interviews please People More is very bad in customer service also. I have very good knowledge but they made me jobless.
