LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

Dear Sanjay Kumar T Dhumal,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been appointed as a Group leader– Analytical support and Compliance In our Organization’s entity which is GRM Pharmaceuticals Ltd. So Welcome Aboard.

You are to join the Organization as soon as possible for which you would be helped by Willcox Recruitment Agency who has been helping us from the past to get people employed with our Organization.

You would be given proper training regarding your job for a month by the senior officials of the Company. Your work timings would be 10 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday. You are to report to the office latest by 9.45 AM on the same days. You get 2 leaves every month but you would be entitled to avail them after 4 months in this Organization. The details about the rest of the HR Policies would be provided to you once you have joined the Organization.

The company would be providing you free accommodation, transport and meal. Your salary would be paid out to you every two weeks which will be 1850 pounds. It depends on you whether you would want to take a cheque or cash or transfer to your account.
