PF Withdrawl form applied two times but no response till date

Respected Sir / Madam,

Myself Ashok Bandoliya (PF A/C - HR/25229/166) worked in M/S. Hindustan Polyesters Lines (C/O.M/S Haryana Poetrochemicals Limited) at Rewari Haryana from 20.10.2002 to 05.06.2004 and I had been applied two times for PF money withdrawl as on 21.10.2005 first time applied by taking signature of Medical Officer (Doctor) because of unit lease was over but they had replied after some time that we could not find your papers which was sent to Doctor for confirmation and again we had sent duly signed all xerox copies with the same Doctor and send to Regional PF Office, Gurgaon (Haryana) but no reply from PF Office.

Second time as on 21.02. I had applied from Vapi (Gujarat) through duly signed with Branch Manager of State Bank of Indore and Certificate of Identification also and send with a registered letter after that ask to SBI for any letter received from PF Office but still pending my case.

So, you are requested to do needful to withdrawl the money as early as possible.
