TRYING TO DISMIS ME FROM SERVICE WITHOUT PAYING GRATUITY AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

I am serving in M/s Kumar Printing Inks Pvt. Ltd., since 1995, however first time (in 1995) I have joined the co. as Permanent Employee but due to differance in salary actual paid and in Register. after some month Co. changed my employement from permanent to temporary. and in 2005 once again my name was taken in register as Production Manager. And the time co. demands security deposit of Rs.1 Lac from me and some bank papers had to signed by me (Receiving of both Security money and papers is still in my hand)

Now Co. want to dismis me from his co. due to very poor sale of Co.

I dont want leaveing the service but I have no option to agree. But the MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT THEY ARE NOT READY TO RETURN MY PAPERS, NIETHER MY SECURITY MONEY AND NOR MY GRATUITY AS PER LAW.

They are creating pressure on me to give the resignation from myself.

Please suggest what should I do. Now a days I am on Bed rest from ESI
