Dear Sir,

I am Harpreet Sharma from Jalandhar. Before 3 years I was working with M/s. Modern Malleable whose proprietor is Mr. R.K. Khanna. During my job they were deducting my provident fund from my salary which I was supposed to get after I left my job there but my boss Mr. R.K. Khanna refused to sign the PF form. Since last 2-1/2 years I have requested them several times and visited personally also to get the papers signed but all in vein. They have now closed that firm and made a new excuse that I have to give them Rs. 4500 due to which they are not signing my papers but I swear this is not true instead they owe me my salary of 5 days (1/11-05/11) which i have not taken. I have sent them form by speedpost also but no reply.

Kindly help me to get my fund money as this is my right.
