Cheating on the name of job

Dear Sir/Madam,

my name is Ashwini and i am from meerut. Few days back, i came to know about the MSS consultancy lacated in Gangaplaza, meerut. i contacted them as i was unable to find a job on my own. they charged 300 rupees as a registration fees. they aasured me that they would find me a part time 6-10 evening job in meerut itself as i was in a full time course. they again charged 500 rupees on the name of interview but they didn't send me to any company for the same. they themself took a general interview of mine and said that i am not selected despite my good educational background. after few days they again displayed their advertisment in the newspaper regarding the vacancies. i want to file a complain against MSS consultancy cheating on me and for giving a fraud assurance.

please do take a valid step as these consultancies are straight away cheating on other's money
