Dear Sir,

I Hiren Kuldipakbhai Pandit, want to requesting you to direct me for withdrawing my PROVIDENT FUND from my previous employer.

I have left my job on Jun and also submited my PF Withdrawing form with all details to my employer on 08.02.10 but still I have not even received any acknoledge from them. I have even asked them about my PF and they have answered me that they have not yet submited money of their company contribution so it will still get 3 to 4 months to submit

my papers to PF Office.

I am having Registered AD reciept which can prove that they have recieved my documents on 08.02.10.

Kindly look forward in this matter. Here I am giving you my PF No. and other details which

can help you to check my current Status.
