Delay in Connection

I booked a broadband plan (512 Kbps) on 10th Apr '10 and was promised that it would be installed by 16th Apr'10 however i called them up on 13th and came to know that it would be done by 17th.

After calling up on 17th, came to know that it would be done on Monday (19th Apr) and when called on 19th Apr, they had no clue as in when to install it.

I had verbal agreement with them to close this at the earliest.

Looking forward to close this asap
