Variable pay not paid

Dear Sir,

My name is Sridhar Chakkapalli. I was an employee of Accenture Services in Bangalore. I resigned from my job in Feb. In my final settlement variable pay was not paid even though I have been employee for Accenture during the period Sep 201 to Feb!? Can any one suggest on thsi matter who know the Accenture variable pay process?
