EPF withdrawal problem

Hi,

Previously I worked with IBM India Pvt Ltd in Kolkata location. While leaving I filed for PF withdrawal but till now amount is not credited to my account. IBM filed for PF withdrwal in PF office in Banglore on 09/02. But till now amount is credited to my account.

Also I tried to call them on 080-25613382 / 25617629 and the raised compalint but nobody picks up the phone or respond to complaint.

Can you please help me to get it reimbursed. Its been long time and I require this amount urgently.
