my name is SHARAD CHANDRA PATHAK. I beg to say that I was working as designer cum merchandiser in munshi overseas A-42, Phase-II, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Delhi - 110064

(91)-(11)-25497995, 25149797, 25493789 from 15 jan1 and I was got placement here through one of best placement consultancy (career genii)

Sir I want to tell you about me that how i was insulted

and thrown out of the company by my boss MR HITESH BHATIA (9811352300) who is also GM of the company on 26 feb

sir i want to tell you that how i had faced this one and half month of period of my struggling job life

sir my working hours in this company was more than ten hours per day

sir pressure on me was very very high as i have to look after the account of more than twelve buyers independently while i was working under three boss who have their own buyers while working mr hitesh bhatia was always insulting me and used abusing language for me, this man was not treating any body in the company as human. Although i was ignoring his words because i have to work in the company

at last i have request him not to use bad words for me and please don't shout on me he got anger and terminate me from my job for this reason after all I want you to take a legal decision against concern person and company

sir he had also refuse to pay my feb month salary which is 12000 rs and notice period of one month sir i am deeply distress because I am un employed from one month and also struggling from economic problems.

sir i want to ask you a question that why do we work? my answer is to maintain our self respect and full fill our basic needs, not to get demoralized

at last i want to tell you i was searched by guard in front of all staff and worker it feels me very guilty and i cried in front of the crowed sir i cant express my feelings my heart is not allowing me to think what had happen with me in this period

sir please give him a lession so that he will not do any harm ot others and others can work in a good environment
