Cheated me of Rs3500

Mr Amit Jaiswal contacted me from this company called myflexi jobs.com, offering me to do do data entry, he said i have to deposit the money in this company's ac, i deposited the money and in 3 days barely the company closed, Mr Amit disconnected his number and the account i deposited money closed. He is from Delhi and so is the bank. His number that he called me from is 919311977080, it appears to be disconnected. If no actions are taken against such people, what guarantee that others might do the same thing to innocent people or even you and run away.
