Provident Fund

I have been relived from Accusol Technologies Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad in November. According to government rule employee can process for her provident fund after 3 months from relieved. But somehow or other by any mean of reason company has delayed my provident fund. I filled my form and landed over to company in december. So What should I do in such situation when company do not sign the forms and intentioanlly delay the provident fund.??
