HCL court notice

I work with HCL for a period of six months and resigned because of some health and family issues on

August I was not in a position that time to serve the notice period or norms mentioned in offer letter if an employee wanted to leave, I was out of country for some time and received some court notice last day about recovery of advance payment and notice period, any one faced the same issue and please let me know on how I can settle this
