Non Payment of Gratuity

Dear Sir,

Dear Sir,

I was Sr. Commercial Executive (H.R.D) in Nath Biogene (i) Limited. After getting selection in Another Company, I have resigned 0n dated 15.09.2009 - Give one month notice on dated 12.10.2009.I have served in above Company from 25.01.1999 to 12.10. I worked tthis group of company like Nath seeds Limited lastly Nath Biogene (i) limited. The company is denying making payment of gratuity’s per rule, Resignation formal ties has been made through proper channel. Till date company has not clear my Gratuity I have remind so many time through letter but he has not response.

Please help me to get payment of gratuity. i shall be highly grateful to you.
