Hi Team,

I really need you support to resolve my issue

I've enrolled to Naukrinews.com resume flashing system. But, till date i've not received a single interview call. They will send you mails call you to enroll but after you've done that there is no response at all.

I informed them if they can come at my residence and collect the payment but they refused. I bunked my important meeting 1 day and depoisted the cash in their account. Also, shared the transaction details which banks nowadays do not share.

After we doing so much there is 0 service that you receive. I call only 1 person Suman from Delhi and she promises a lot but there is no output at all. You send an email there is no response from anyone. I wrote to the service head of Naukri.com, as per them they both are different entities and hence, they cant help me if i've enrolled from Naukrinews.com

Is the customer suppoe to know what entity you belong to, we just want the service of the amount that we've paid for and that's it.

Sir / Madam: Request you to please speak with someone or escalate this matter as from the time i've enrolled I've not received any calls... or help me in getting a refund of the amount i've paid...
