Final settlement payment is due for past 1 yea

I am a former employee of NCC Limited (www.ncclimited.com). My employee code is 10135. I resigned on February. As per company norms I was eligible for an incentive (ESOP: Rs.61200 approx) if I complete 3 years continue service in that company. But they have not paid me the amount. Further, after resign till now they have not cleared my full and final payment and bonus also. On 26th April I received a cheque as full and final. But my bank returned it as my name was wrongly written. So after several verbal communication with the Administrative Officer of NCC (Mr. E.Jagan 09866352053), I returned the cheque with a letter on 19th August. After that I made several verbal communication with The Administrative Officer for my cheque. But he has given me dates only. Last January end he told that he is sending my cheque through courier. Now he is not receiving my call. How I can get my money back? Please help me.
