Fired 21 Employees without giving any reason

HR department of NEESA Leisure Ltd - Neesa Group, recently they were fired 25-30 employees from their company without giving anykind of reason, notice.

The staff giving their best to the company since long & immediately the management told to put resignation. even the HR people not giving anykind of justification, answer about the reason, they just told upper management (Chairman) told to do the same as company is not in good condition and not able to pay the salary. this is my request think before joininig this group. there are more than 500 cases kept pending who still not get their pending dues from the company, always they hold 2-3 month salary. some cases their staffs not take anykind of action because they have tremendous power. but i do not mind what they are, i just know the group is bad, HR people are not co-operative, Owner is not capable.
