Froud, Not paying outstanding salaries

In this group whole management are un-professional, rude, not human, who never care of their employees, never understand the problems if they are facing any problems.

the company itself a big bagger who runs because taking loans from the bankers, they are facing cash flow problems, not doing any profittable business, so they are not able to pay the salary to the employees, more than 1000/- people are working in this company, some are totally un-necessary who has no any work to do but they are getting high paid, because of buttering only, some of the HR staff even do not know their basis duties, policies of HR, rule of PF, ESI even. but still they are getting above 50K salary. some of the MD's were always free no any work to do but still they attach with the company becuase no one give them any kind of jobs outside. such un-necessary staff only they are facing financial problems, and not able to release the salary on time.

Some one need to take immediate action against this froud company.
