This is company is not a good organization to work with, the main problem of this organization is paying late salaries. 3-4 months salaries were always kept pending with the company, they fire the employees anytime, trasferring so often, even sometimes they told the employees to give resignation. even not giving pending full & finals. i was left the organization before 1 years till date after lots of reminders, request, mail i could get any support from the owner, their MD's and from HR department, this group is very bad, request you to not get recruitment. the owner is even not good enough. he is the master mind behind such foolish things. HR & Finance, both department is pathetic. they just move the staff here and there un-necessarily. we should wake up and give complaint as many as possible to leart a lesson.
