Not Gettiing My Full & Final = Holding

Hello, i was working with this company for three years, i was give my best to this company (NEESA Group, Neesa Leisure Ltd) the main problem with the comany is salary issues, we get our salary so late, even sometimes 3-4 salaries laying pending with the company, they are suffering with financial issues, we had gone with tremendous family problem with such salary issues, the owner even not enough capable to resolve the problem the MD and ED of the company were useless they were working for just time pass only. i was given my resignation in a proper manner, after submitting my official notebooks and other things, no due certificate also get it done. now one year gone, but still i do not get my pending dues, i had give lots of reminders and mail to all concern people but the result is zero, we should take strict action against this group.

please help me to get my dues with this company.
