Holding Salary for last 3 months, Jan to March

This is company is a froud company, they are holding their employee's salaries for last 3months, even they are facing lot of financial problems, vendor and their employees were asking for their pending dues but they are not able to pay..., the management now forcing their confirmed employees to put their resignation (on their own format, which they designed specially) for escaping legal action..., they emothinally black mail their employees and take their resignation, even not paying their pending dues..., I reqest you all to take some necessary action against this company and on mr, sanjay gupta, who is a chairman and honour of this company... Regards
