Still not paying Full & Final

Hi, I am Gautam - was working with Neesa Leisure Ltd. Company is running by EX - IAS Officer Mr. Sanjay Gupta, the main problem we were facing that time was late salary and other management problems, 2-3 months salary always kept pending with the company, they were facing cash flow problems, then i was dicided to move and give the resignation, i was given the notice period of 30 days for smooth handover/takeover, even was thinking company will pay the dues if we follow the procedure, but till date after more than 1000 reminders, pending dues is not cleared. most of the staff of HR were changed, when we called and asking for dues all time we get new and bad answers from HR. this group is not a ideal group for working. the environment is bad. i was working with executive level position even salary was not very much, but still the company is not able to settle the issue. still i come to know from reliable sources that company even more in trouble and facing money problem none of the unit were doing bussiness, all hotels were facing low occupency, even they are not able to get business to settle their expense, i have doubt this company has no any future. this is because of poor management and vision of the owner is not correct, where they hold the associates money they may not able to survive any more because god is seen all the things what they are doing with the staff.
