Not providing salary for last 3 or 4 month

Espected sir,

I vandana jamwal from himachal predesh.sir my elder brother were working in NET PROFIT CONSULTENCY PVT LTD. for last 7 or 8 months.the company does"nt providing timely salary to their employees they always extended the due date of salary..due to this many employees give regine to the company..company taken huge amount in starting for security purposes round about 60000 to 75000... sir providing timely wages is the basis bye-laws of company according to COMPANIES ACT, 1956.but they do not follows their bye-laws which is required to run the company effectively or effectively.sir its my kindly request to u take some measures action. vandana jamwal (CS INTER)
