Pending F&F/ PF even after 60 days

This is to inform that I was working in New Horizons India Ltd, since 21st Dec, 09 I have left my organisation as I suffered car accident in Oct'09 and was not able to work further.
But even after more than 60 days after having thorough follow ups i have not recd any information about clearance of my dues regards to F&F and my PF and am in darkness now.
As to my knowledge any organisation has to clear all tthe dues of the ex-employees within 45days and so is the PF clearance.
But I don't know when this all will happen an d when i will get my hard earned money.
